Our Story

Hi, I'm John Lissandrello, the founder of The Syrup Lab. What started as a holiday hobby mixing up craft cocktails for friends and family with my daughter-in-law, Nikki Shoffner, quickly turned into something more.

As a result, I am now launching a full line of cocktail syrups designed to inspire better drinks and better conversations. Every bottle is made in small batches with real ingredients, crafted with care for cocktail creators, mixologists, and home drinkers alike.
